Saturday - Sunday On need basis
FEES & APPOINTMENTS: Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long. My fee for each session is $175.00. Fees are paid in full at the beginning of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon. A receipt will be issued each session. You may want to read, print and sign the consent & disclosure statement before the session to save time.
If you can't make a scheduled appointment I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, otherwise the standard fee of $175.00 will be charged for the missed appointment.
TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT: To schedule an appointment, please call or text me at 604-307-4648; or send me an email at email@example.com. I am looking forward to speaking with you.
FEE COVERAGE & HEALTH INSURANCE: Counselling fees are not covered under BC Medical Services Plan; however, they may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plans, such as EAPs. Though insurance companies cannot be billed directly through the clinic, you will be provided with an invoice for possible reimbursement through your insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
If Registered Clinical Counsellor’s therapy sessions are not covered under your employee’s benefit plan, you may want to request that your employer make a minor change to the plan's coverage to include RCC in the plan. The change neither costs you nor your employer – it just needs support from your employer.
Please make a note that I accept referrals from and can bill the followings organizations directly:
· Work Safe BC
· Lawyer Referrals
· Walmsley & Associates
· Insurance Corporation of British Columbia
· PPC/Interlock Worldwide Canada Employee Assistance Program
· Crime Victim Assistance Program, Ministry of Public Safety & Solicitor General
· Vancouver Coastal Health: Deaf, Hard of Hearing & Deaf-Blind Well-Being Program
